The actual anniversary

In reality, the beginning of our second year starts with this comic. Don't tell anyone from last week.

Anyway, it turns out that camping in the new winter (summer) is easier than camping in the old winter (winter). Except that some insects actually came out. In December. The foolish deniers may be spread far and wide, funded by oil interests the world over, but the proof is here. Maryland (and Virginia) warming is upon us. In time, when the great Susquehanna ice cap melts and half of Baltimore is swept away, we will all be to blame.

Karl's just cranky because we made him do most of the work again.

Well, *I* came back to the communal home so that a comic could be made tonight, but Mike is lazy and Jonathan is out of state and probably also lazy. I did as much work as I could on the comic this evening, but without anyone to take my picture, it's hard for me to complete it.

I have, however, prepared an unusual treat for some of the more old-school members of our audience. It should be posted tomorrow evening along with the completed comic. Look forward to it, whatever it is.
